Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinical and prevention teams to meet strategic targets
- Ensure compliance with regulations and submit required reports
- Drive organizational planning, strategic initiatives, and leadership training
- Foster relationships with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and partners
- Promote a culture of improvement, focusing on staff development and community outreach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of five years of experience in nonprofit healthcare operations, especially in behavioral health
- Valid State of Michigan Driver's License
- Proficiency in behavioral healthcare regulations, including CARF compliance
- Strong leadership, budget management, and strategic planning skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and AdobePRO
