**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate Inside Sales, Product Management, and Field Sales teams to surpass new order and budget goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, while effectively managing the sales funnel and booking forecasts.
- Ensure that all regional and key accounts consistently strive to meet their booking targets.
- Report on budget progress and key performance metrics, including quotes, customer count, part count, and market diversification.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, management teams, and vendors to meet customer needs and support new orders.
- Identify customer requirements and devise strategies to meet them, partnering with Product Management to address future needs.
- Conduct and present Vendor Quarterly Business Reviews with an emphasis on growth and design-in activities.
- Manage departmental budget and expenses efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of RF, Microwave, and Fiber Optic products and markets.
- Established relationships with key accounts within the RF/Microwave industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in the RF/Microwave industry or equivalent education and experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Capability to work effectively in a remote home office environment.
- Oversee Regional Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Product Management, and Inside Sales teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel at least 25%.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Effective planning, time management, and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with a history of identifying and closing opportunities.
- Familiarity with Export Controls is an advantage.
- Must be a US citizen or have a valid work permit for the US.
- COVID-19 vaccination is preferred.
