Ideal candidates should have 5-10 years of B2B sales leadership experience and a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure alignment between capabilities and customer requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities in the market.
  • Create and manage comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a talented sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-focused culture within the sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Tailor product solutions to meet specific client needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
  • Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and uncover additional opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Share sales performance and market insights with the board of directors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
  • 5-10 years of sales leadership experience specifically in the manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with data analysis capabilities and informed decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $185,000 to $200,000
  • Performance-based cash bonus
