Position OverviewWe're seeking an experienced individual to drive growth in our Northeast Territory. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to expand our complex claims services.
Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve or surpass annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to secure new client sales and enhance relationships with current clients.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of introductory meetings and conference calls, participate in client assessments, and prepare status reports.
  • Manage communications with prospective clients and oversee the execution of agreements.
  • Conduct periodic client status meetings and participate in trade shows as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies, materials, and endorsements.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with hospitals at the CFO or VP Revenue Cycle level.
  • Essential experience in hospital revenue cycle management.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the territory.
  • Strong performance in each essential duty and regular, reliable attendance.
