The Role
As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the construction industry. Your primary responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, delivering compelling presentations to CFOs and finance leaders, and exceeding sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and our partner ecosystem to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Achieve individual sales quotas by effectively managing and expanding a sales pipeline focused on the construction sector.
Deliver customized sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and online platforms.
Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts to secure new business.
Analyze sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and accurately forecast sales activity.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Provide valuable insights to our product development team based on customer feedback.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities using Salesforce.
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving any issues during the sales process.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Mentor and support Sales Development Representatives and Associate AEs.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1 years of successful experience in an Account Executive or similar sales role, ideally selling SaaS products within the construction or finance sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Strong ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales automation tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and client meetings.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
