- Month-End and Year-End Close: Support the finance team during the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Payment Requests: Prepare and submit payment requests to the Accounts Payable department for departmental invoices.
- Account Management: Request changes to accounts and cost centers as needed.
- Financial Reporting: Create internal financial reports for department managers, including monthly and ad-hoc reports.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve any account discrepancies promptly.
- Communication: Distribute month-end reports to department managers and address any questions or necessary corrections.
