What We're Looking ForWe're seeking motivated leaders to join our bookkeeping and payroll client services team. If you have a solid background in bookkeeping and payroll processing for multiple clients, and you enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
  • Review the work of the accounting and payroll team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes to boost productivity.
  • Provide thorough training to both our team and our clients, helping them understand and use their financial data effectively.
  • Work on exciting client projects, partnering closely with our valued clients to meet their unique goals.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft, G Suite, Payroll Processing software, Karbon, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Online, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State Tax and Payroll laws, including IRS compliance.
  • Understanding of GAAP principles and their practical application.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping within a public accounting setting; an accounting degree or certificate is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills that contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.
  • Proven ability to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working effectively with both in-office and remote teams.
  • Skill in creating detailed workflows and accurately following tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-resolution abilities.
