### Key Responsibilities

• **Project Planning & Execution:** Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Agile projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget, while adhering to Agile principles.
• **Scrum Master Duties:** Facilitate Agile teams as a Scrum Master, leading ceremonies, removing obstacles, and promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Agile best practices, ensuring transparency and effective communication to empower teams in achieving high-quality results.
• **Risk Management:** Identify and address project risks proactively, developing contingency plans and escalating issues as necessary to secure successful project outcomes.
• **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engage with stakeholders at diverse levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure that project goals are consistently met.
• **Continuous Improvement:** Cultivate a culture of feedback and adaptability within Agile teams, leveraging insights from retrospectives to enhance overall performance.

### Qualifications

• **Experience:** 3-5 years in an Agile project management role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
• **Certification:** Preferred eligibility for Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• **Skills:**
• Competence in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or AgileCraft.
• Proficient problem-solving skills focused on delivering customer value.
