### Key Responsibilities

• **Project Planning & Execution**: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Agile projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget, while following Agile principles.
• **Scrum Master Duties**: Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, addressing obstacles, and promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement Agile best practices, ensure effective communication, and empower teams to achieve high-quality results.
• **Risk Management**: Identify and manage project risks proactively, developing contingency plans and escalating issues as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.

### Qualifications

• **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in an Agile Project Manager role, preferably within the e-commerce or technology sectors.
• **Certification**: Preferred certification includes Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• **Skills**:
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or AgileCraft for project management.
• Proven problem-solving abilities focused on delivering value to customers.
