Position OverviewThe Operational Risk Management (ORM) Analyst reports to the Director, Workplace Solutions Risk Management, playing a crucial role in supporting our ORM strategy and framework. You will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks to safeguard our business processes and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute ORM strategies and policies.
- Partner with business units to address and resolve identified risks efficiently, documenting progress within our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and create comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
- Analyze data to derive insights and provide recommendations to enhance risk management practices.
- Support in promoting a strong risk-aware culture across the organization, fostering continuous improvement in operational risk processes.
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management within health and/or wealth administration sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
- Proficiency in industry GCR tools, Microsoft Office suite, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Certifications such as CIA, CRMA, or CFE are advantageous.
