Position SummaryAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in our finance department, working under minimal supervision to produce monthly reports and ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Your responsibilities will include: Managing Special Revenue Fund (SRF) approvals and activity setup in HRIS systems. Maintaining reporting for SRF funds and acting as a liaison with departments. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of monthly CFO packets. Collaborating with the Controller on year-end audit reports. Generating various monthly and quarterly reports accurately and in a timely manner. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing projects across finance areas. RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree Required Work Experience: 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, with healthcare experience preferred. Licenses: None specified Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on process improvement. Ability to understand operational and financial components to create thorough financial analyses. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and report writing. Experience With Lawson Preferred.Strong communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
