Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain client relationships through exceptional service, understanding their financial goals, and collaborating to achieve them.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Assist in preparing for client meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is well-organized. Follow up diligently after meetings to address any outstanding issues.
- Financial Planning and Investment Recommendations: Collaborate with our advisory team to create tailored financial plans. Provide well-researched investment recommendations aligned with client objectives.
- Trades and Transactions: Execute trades accurately and promptly. Stay informed about market trends to offer informed guidance.
- Deepening Client Relationships: Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and introduce additional services as appropriate.
- Prospecting and Marketing: Utilize referrals and your network to expand your client base.
- Five or more years of experience as a financial advisor.
- Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health licenses are required.
- CFP designation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Existing book of business is necessary.
- Base compensation starting at $70,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
