What You'll DoAs an Agile Transformation Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our enterprise-wide Agile transformation. You'll leverage advanced Agile expertise to coach teams through sustainable models and diverse learning approaches. This role demands practical experience in Agile frameworks, with a proven ability to instill Agile principles, practices, and methodologies at both program and team levels. Your mission will be to mentor teams, product owners, and stakeholders, shaping strategies that enhance delivery efficiency and maturity.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Guide and empower delivery teams to self-organize and achieve goals without micromanagement.
  • Facilitate the formation and growth of Agile teams.
  • Support product owners and delivery teams while setting a leadership example.
  • Lead discussions, facilitate decision-making, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative and safe environment where issues can be openly addressed and resolved.
  • Continuously enhance your Scrum Master skills through education and collaboration with peers.
  • Collaborate with product owners and teams to plan and execute project implementations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular assessments of team Agile maturity and drive improvements based on findings.
  • Facilitate effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
  • Enhance internal and external communication to improve transparency and information sharing.
  • Support product owners in story grooming and backlog management.
  • Proactively identify and address risks using Agile best practices and project data.

Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Agile values and principles, with the ability to guide and coach teams and organizations in Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Proven experience in Agile transformations and building Agile teams from inception.
  • Hands-on experience in diverse Scrum team contexts, including varied team sizes and distributed environments.
  • Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or similar frameworks like Scrum of Scrums.
  • Commitment to ongoing education in Scrum methodologies through training, conferences, and self-study.
  • Knowledge of other Agile methodologies such as XP, Kanban, Crystal, and FDD.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated success in organizational process design and implementation.
  • Strong background in ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service delivery.
  • Proven experience in project and program management.
  • Ability to contribute to regulatory audits regarding process flows.
  • Proficiency in backlog tracking, Scrum, Kanban metrics, and Agile techniques like ATDD, TDD, and Continuous Integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment and reasoning skills.
  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing data from multiple sources.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Agile PLM tools such as JIRA, Portfolio for JIRA, Rally, or VersionOne.
  • Ability to work with tools like Jira, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and system design.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
Education And/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience of 7 years.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team applying Agile/Scrum principles.
  • 3 years of experience with JIRA.
Certificates Or Licenses
  • Scrum Master Certified (preferred).
