What You’ll Do
  • Drive business growth by executing established strategies and objectives, focusing on new and existing customers.
  • Generate new revenue by prospecting and adding new business in underserved areas through face-to-face sales with small to mid-sized local businesses.
  • Increase profits within the existing customer base.
  • Develop and follow weekly sales routes/plans to maximize efficiency, visiting at least 50 retailers per week.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations showcasing our industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services.
  • Strengthen current agent relationships through regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and effective solution presentation.
  • Manage all prospect data proactively using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate across teams to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offerings and profits.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators, sales call activity, sales targets, agent activation targets, and gross margin sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • At least 4 years of proven B2B sales experience in a territory sales role, preferably with experience in retail networks or the money transfer industry. Experience with prepaid card services or similar may also be considered.
  • Multicultural experience is essential, with preference given to those with experience in Mexico and Guatemala.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have a personal vehicle and car insurance, with driving expected 50-90% of the time.
