We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant to support the President of a prominent 50 year real estate conglomerate at our corporate office. A proactive "can-do" attitude and a desire to contribute to our company's success are essential. Primary Responsibilities
Perform bookkeeping duties including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations
Complete annual registrations with GA Secretary of State
Act as a personal assistant to the President, handling tasks such as vacation planning, email correspondence, document printing, copying, and insurance coordination
Manage filing and scanning of documents
Maintain office and kitchen supplies inventory
Process bank deposits
Prepare spreadsheets using Excel
Summarize leases and contracts
Calendar management and tracking of critical dates in leases and contracts
Conduct research as needed
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
Familiarity with real estate transactions and terminology
Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills
Positive "can-do" attitude and willingness to take initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage tasks within strict deadlines
Experience with office equipment such as phones, fax machines, copiers, and scanners
Accounting background; paralegal experience is a plus
