Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Design and create user acceptance testing (UAT) materials.
- Develop and deliver training materials focused on business processes and IT applications.
- Collaborate with the IT Project Manager to ensure solution documentation and project management tools meet organizational standards.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and implement improved business solutions.
- Create process flow diagrams and other documentation to support business requirements.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (10 years required).
- Strong background in writing detailed Business Requirements and Functional Design documentation (5 years required).
- Experience working directly with senior stakeholders to determine and implement business solutions (5 years required).
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (5 years required).
- Skilled in creating process flow diagrams and other related documentation (5 years required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders (5 years required).
- Strong understanding of business processes (5 years required).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively (5 years required).
- Strong analytical skills (5 years required).
- Experience delivering and leading end-user training sessions (5 years desired).
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification (highly desired).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM) (highly desired).
- Familiarity with CRM Platform and its functional modules (desired).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (3 years required).
- Experience serving as the Lead Business Analyst on a team of analysts and developers (5 years desired).
- Experience with User Story documentation (2 years desired).
