- Conduct field underwriting for guaranteed cost workers' compensation across a nationwide territory.
- Cultivate and manage productive relationships with producers to drive new business opportunities.
- Own the underwriting quality, growth, and pricing within your portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy and service standards.
- Educate clients on product features and technological advantages.
- Stay abreast of market trends, providing insights for product development and risk management strategies.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial workers' compensation underwriting.
- Proven track record in building and managing a profitable book of business.
- Ability to work independently while achieving results for your territory.
- Strong initiative, teamwork ethic, and effective communication skills.
