As part of VCT, you'll collaborate with a diverse team of operating executives, practice advisors, and consultants to empower enterprise software companies. You'll provide strategic counsel and implement solutions to drive growth, evolution, and market leadership for our portfolio companies.
RoleDrawing on insights from numerous software investments made over decades, you'll work closely with portfolio management teams to integrate best practices across various areas including Go-To-Market strategy, business operations, talent management, and product and technology innovation. Your role will involve:

- Demonstrating leadership in project management and fostering teamwork.
- 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or financial services.
- 1-2 years of operational experience, ideally focusing on Go-To-Market, Growth, or Corporate Development.
- Blend of strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Passion for software, technology, and data-driven companies.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong leadership, project management, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and communication.
- Ability to provide structure to complex challenges independently.
