Job DescriptionAs our Data Manager for Billing, Payroll, and Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial and operational processes. Working closely with our CEO and Chief Quality Officer, you'll oversee our billing, payroll, and operational data management systems. This role offers the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize billing, payroll, and operational data systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerQuery and Power BI for data analysis, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to devise and implement data management strategies aligned with our organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in data management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and continual improvement.
- Effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability and self-motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in data management, with a focus on billing, payroll, or finance-related functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerQuery and Power BI, with a proven ability in data analysis and visualization.
