About The RoleWe're looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Implementation Management to guide our implementation projects and lead a team of project managers. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless client onboarding, driving project success, and building strong client relationships.
What You'll DoLead Project Management: Oversee and inspire the project management team to plan, execute, and deliver implementation projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring all project goals are met.
Engage with Clients: Work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, define project deliverables, and manage expectations throughout the project journey.
Manage the Team: Mentor and support a team of implementation project managers, providing guidance on best practices, project methodologies, and client relationship management.
Allocate Resources: Optimize project delivery by managing resource allocation, balancing workloads, and planning capacities effectively.
Mitigate Risks: Identify and address potential project risks, escalate issues when necessary, and proactively resolve challenges to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
Improve Processes: Continuously evaluate and enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies to boost efficiency, scalability, and quality.
Communicate Effectively: Foster clear and productive communication among cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.
Monitor Performance: Track project performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure accountability for achieving project milestones.
What We're Looking ForA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Over 8 years of experience in project management, especially in client implementations, ideally within the fintech or SaaS industry.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing project teams.
A solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Margin and TTV.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
An analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the skill to navigate complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
