Job DescriptionAs a Financial Planner and Analyst (FP&A), you will play a pivotal role in our mission by providing comprehensive financial analysis and modeling. This remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with department heads and executive leadership, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and informed strategic decisions.
Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to develop growth models across diverse geographical areas.
• Utilize data-driven insights to facilitate hiring decisions, ensuring optimal staffing levels while considering cash flow implications.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, covering various financial aspects such as operating expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow.
• Work closely with budget holders to analyze monthly costs and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Support fundraising activities by providing relevant metrics and modeling.
• Generate quarterly financial reports, comparing actual performance against budgeted targets and discussing results with stakeholders.
• Develop analytical models to forecast revenue, costs, and key business metrics.
• Maintain planning software and ensure accurate data updates on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on operations modeling and forecasting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, NetSuite, SQL, or startup environments.
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry or related sectors is advantageous.
