- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions to enhance data visibility and accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure accurate integration of financial data across various systems.
- Utilize BI tools and platforms, such as Power BI and Tableau, for designing and refining dashboards and visualizations.
- Support strategic planning activities through financial forecasts, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and provide recommendations based on data insights.
- Identify and execute opportunities for improving processes related to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Partner with finance, operations, and other departments to gather requirements and provide valuable business insights.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- 6 to 8 years in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficient in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Strong capability to analyze complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to clearly present complex information to senior management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices within business intelligence.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data warehousing.
- Work Environment: Office-based with potential flexibility for remote work.
