Position SummaryAs an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in our company's growth. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you'll drive our quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting processes. Your financial insights will inform strategic decisions, supporting resource allocation and contributing to our corporate growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis, to provide insights into company performance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to guide management decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for strategic planning.
• Identify and track key financial metrics and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting and long-term planning.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
• Utilize best practices, automation, and technology to help scale the finance department as the organization grows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Demonstrated innovation and initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Experience within a startup environment and understanding of the healthcare industry are advantageous.
