#### Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage tax returns, extensions, and tax planning calculations for various entity types, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and/or real estate.
• Review financial statements, perform accounting and adjusting entries, and manage client books and records.
• Prepare and review complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability.
• Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates.
• Prepare or review complex U.S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returns.
• Conduct complex tax research and prepare memorandums outlining findings and conclusions.
• Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices.
• Communicate directly with clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives on various tax matters.
• Lead the department in software, processes, and workflows.

#### Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of relevant experience in tax management.
• Experience in individual tax compliance and planning (experience with CS Suite and UltraTax is a plus).
• Tax research experience (RIA preferred).
• Experience with gift, estate, and trust returns is a plus.
• Partnership tax experience is a plus.
• Outgoing and friendly personality; a team player.
• Forward-thinking, with a desire to continually improve, learn, and grow.
• Ability to train, mentor, lead, and develop staff.
