#### Position: Account Manager I
The Account Manager I is a crucial member of our team, primarily responsible for providing outstanding service to institutions using our K12 products and services. This role is the main point of contact for institutions utilizing our Student Information System (SIS), actively managed payment plans, Grant & Aid, and other billing services. Your responsibilities will include overall management of client accounts, ensuring client retention, and promoting increased use of our products and services.
Salary: $45,000
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional contacts, ensuring high availability and proactive communication.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide direction and support to new and existing institutional contacts on all products and services.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions on products, processes, and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels including phone, chat, fax, email, and formal correspondence.
  • Communication: Handle a high volume of phone calls and chats from across the country.
  • Profile Management: Set up and maintain institutional profile information, terms, and corresponding marketing sites.
  • Product Utilization: Encourage increased use of various products and technical services, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions.
  • Internal Collaboration: Maintain open communication lines with the sales team and other internal contacts regarding updates and new leads.
  • Reporting: Provide regular activity reports to the team leader.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects or committees and perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
  • College degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • Experience in banking, student loan, or customer service industries is preferred.
Skills And Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional customer interactions.
  • Team player with the ability to establish good rapport with co-workers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects under high-pressure deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • General knowledge of company products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, internet, and CRM systems.
