What You'll Do

• Financial Reporting: Analyze and submit monthly financial reports for 10-20 clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships through insightful monthly calls and strategic advice.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and support accountants in closing monthly financial results for clients.
• Tax Preparation: Prepare business and personal tax returns, along with estimates.
• Strategic Advice: Provide tax planning and recommend best practices for financial operations and cash flow management.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certifications: CPA license or EA designation.
• Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to CPA or public accounting environments.
• Skills: Advanced knowledge of nonprofit accounting and proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and meet various priorities and deadlines.
