DescriptionAre you a detail-oriented accounting professional seeking a flexible, part-time remote opportunity? We are excited to welcome an In-House Accountant/Bookkeeper to our team! In this role, you will manage our financial records, prepare accurate financial statements, and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices. You will also collaborate with our finance team to analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and suggest improvements to our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Prepare and review financial reports and statements.
- Conduct financial report writing and analysis.
- Utilize QuickBooks Desktop software for various accounting tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical accounting procedures.
- Manage general ledger accounting processes.
- Assist with payroll tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant/Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Certification preferred, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Experience with payroll processing.
- Familiarity with Tax Form filings (e.g., 941, W-2, 1099).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
