Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with the ecosystem of consultants, influencers, and indirect channels.
Execute strategy and business plans for our partners by segment and geography, including compelling joint value propositions and clearly defined go-to-market initiatives.
Contribute to revenue growth and sales pipeline via indirect sales channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive an increased win rate through improved partner relationships.
Work with partners to ensure their communications and joint programs/initiatives enhance our visibility and global presence.
Represent Our Company At External Events As Required.Be accountable for performance against KPIs and report on KPIs.
KPIs include the number of new prospects introduced by third parties and the number of new sales-qualified leads.
Skills, Experience, And QualificationsStrong experience within financial services, including Enterprise SaaS, driving partner revenue and growth in sales, business development, or partnerships.
Understanding and experience working with the buy side and its ecosystem is especially valuable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a mature executive presence and a creative spirit.
Proven ability to build mutually beneficial networks.
Diligent in measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and finding appropriate resolutions.
Strong capabilities in building and executing channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting pipeline and revenue plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results to executive management.
Strong influencing skills.
