Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and deploy PeopleSoft ERP HCM solutions.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of delivered PeopleSoft HCM modules such as Global Payroll, HR Core, Profile Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Workflow, and Self Service.
- Collaborate effectively within a dynamic environment supporting government agency projects.
- Communicate effectively and concisely, participating in Agile SAFe Scrum Teams.
- Prioritize teamwork and contribute to successful ERP implementations for large-scale organizations.
- 10 years of experience implementing ERP solutions (including Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) with at least 5 years focused on PeopleSoft HCM 9.x.
- Functional expertise in one or more PeopleSoft modules as mentioned above.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- SAFe - Agilist certification required within 90 days of start date.
- Experience with Global Payroll is highly desired.
- Previous involvement in supporting large-scale organizations with ERP implementations.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift in a remote setting.
