Position Overview
Located anywhere in the U.S., the Product Manager, Center Management will play a crucial role in our journey as a digital SaaS company. You will drive the strategy and success of our new center management tools, including a comprehensive toolset supporting billing, HR, and CRM processes for our customers.
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Product Management to set strategy and roadmap priorities. Working alongside product managers, scrum masters, developers, and UX/UI designers, you will lead the development, testing, and rollout of center management tools that meet and exceed customer expectations. Your responsibilities will span roadmap planning, bug prioritization, and ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead Product Manager for one or more agile scrum teams, driving collaboration with UI/UX, Engineers, and stakeholders to solve customer and business challenges.
  • Translate strategic visions into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring readiness for development.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts, gather feedback, and guide prioritization decisions.
  • Maintain a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to prioritize user stories and technical initiatives effectively.
  • Track and report on product metrics, progress, and roadmap milestones.
  • Manage risk effectively and communicate across teams.
  • Support Project Managers, Marketing, and Product Support with technical details for various communications.
  • Participate actively in agile scrum ceremonies to represent the voice of the customer.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product discovery to inform product decisions.
  • Update customer-facing knowledge base articles to ensure support resources are current.
  • Partner with customer support and success teams to integrate strategic feedback and insights into continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
  • 6 years of experience in designing and delivering SaaS or consumer software products within cross-functional teams, preferably in a product management role.
  • 3 years of experience working in agile/scrum environments.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to build trust with Engineering, QA, Design, and Product leaders.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree; backgrounds in CS, Engineering, or UI/UX are advantageous.
  • Experience in early childhood education or educational measurement is a plus.
