Project Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Scrum to join our dynamic Delivery Team. In this role, you'll lead web projects for top-tier clients and be an integral part of a collaborative environment where innovation and user experience are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your expertise in Project Management Best Practices and the Agile/Scrum framework to guide both the team and clients through successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with Client Stakeholders and Product Owners to clearly understand, communicate, and maintain the project vision.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with developers, testers, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Foster a self-organizing team culture where members are accountable and proactive in addressing issues.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies while ensuring a positive experience for clients and delivering high-quality results.
  • Stay engaged with the Project Management and Scrum communities by networking with other professionals and staying updated on the latest industry advancements.
  • Lead a diverse and talented Delivery Team across the Americas, focused on delivering exceptional software products and user experiences while learning, growing, and having fun.
Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise
  • Strong accountability, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and align internal teams with the client's vision.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and teams, with a strong background in website and mobile application development.
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master in IT and Business environments.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and facilitate discussions with both co-located and remote team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills to balance short-term tasks with long-term goals.
  • A commitment to Servant Leadership and continuous innovation.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
Additional Skills & Competencies
  • Experience working with US-based companies.
  • Scrum Master certification is preferred.
  • Comfort with remote team dynamics and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools, such as JIRA, is a plus.
