Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Student Support and Reentry advising teams to provide exceptional service to returning students
Maintain attention to detail and responsibility for daily packaging updates
Engage in professional conversations with students and parents to find solutions for their needs
Efficiently and accurately package assigned reentering students
Discuss payment plan options, balances, and holds promptly
Develop financial plans tailored to reentering students' needs
Ensure completeness and accuracy of student files and payment records
Utilize reports to monitor students' progress and prioritize tasks in collaboration with your director
Review and evaluate unusual/mitigating circumstance documentation, making adjustments or revisions as necessary
QualificationsEducation/Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of related Financial Aid experience
Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
Skills/Abilities
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Ability to multitask, work independently, and make decisions based on guidelines
Proficiency in basic computer software (MS Office) and exposure to financial aid software (Campus Vue/Campus Nexus preferred)
Working Remote/Home Requirements
Dedicated office space free from distractions and background noise
Adherence to set schedule and continuous communication with managers and co-workers
Resources including a dedicated office space accommodating dual monitors, computer, and VPN device, and high-speed internet meeting specific requirements
