Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales in your assigned region.
Oversee the creation and management of customer-facing brand materials, including social media accounts, business directories, websites, advertisements, and print collateral.
Craft high-quality, engaging content that reinforces brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
Produce web content optimized for search engines to attract and retain customers.
Collaborate with brand teams to manage review processes and respond to customer feedback.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to meet business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, economic factors, and local developments that impact brand performance and opportunities.
Keep up-to-date with relevant rebates, tax benefits, and sustainability initiatives to support marketing efforts.
Lead various marketing programs, including partnerships, sponsorships, community events, and local initiatives.
Share innovative ideas and marketing best practices with your team and peers.
Create and manage marketing materials to support sales and service efforts.
Manage relationships with vendors, oversee budgets, and schedule marketing activities.
Work with leadership and other departments to track key performance metrics and report on marketing effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders and maintain a competitive edge through regular market analysis.
Participate in regional meetings and collaborate with digital marketing experts to optimize campaign performance.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Benefits: 401(k), Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some extended hours and weekends may be required)
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in the Western Washington area)
Travel: Up to 30% travel required
