What You'll DoAs a Relationship Manager in our Customer Care division, you will be instrumental in fostering strong connections with advisors, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators within our 10M - 200M market segment. Your role will involve strategic collaboration to deliver tailored solutions that support our clients' business objectives, including retention, growth, and retirement readiness. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with plan sponsors and advisors on plan design, investments, and retirement readiness.
- Conducting plan level health reviews.
- Problem-solving complex issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience, with at least 4 years of experience in the retirement industry.
- Strong knowledge of Qualified Plans (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution) preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Assertiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-30%, predominantly day trips.
- Required licenses include FINRA Series 6 or equivalent, FINRA Series 63, and Resident Life and Health appointment (must be attained within 5 months of employment).
- Competitive salary range: $77,350 - $147,600 per year.
