Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Sales organization to develop comprehensive business plans, enhance productivity, and strategize resource allocation to maximize business outcomes.
- Manage essential Sales FP&A functions, including month-end close activities, ensuring financial accuracy through collaboration with business partners and accounting teams.
- Deliver monthly performance insights to finance and sales leadership, conducting cost analyses and evaluating sales representative productivity.
- Support the sales compensation program by designing compensation models, setting quotas, tracking performance, and managing bonus payouts to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Establish robust sales finance data infrastructure to ensure data integrity and deliver automated reporting solutions for recurring processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related field, or an advanced degree.
- Demonstrated experience presenting financial reports and business cases to executive audiences.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including advanced spreadsheet modeling and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to maintain and modify existing SQL code, as well as source, transform, analyze, visualize, and publish data at scale.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience supporting Sales teams and managing sales compensation plans, including related processes.
- Track record of leading cross-functional process improvements impacting finance or business operations.
- Experience in developing SQL scripts from scratch.
- FP&A experience supporting business partners with financial operations, monthly reporting, and annual budget development.
