Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create and customize Salesforce Health Cloud applications while integrating with third-party software to ensure smooth functionality.
- Technical Support: Address system issues, collaborate with various departments, and manage critical workflows and integrations.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct comprehensive testing of software upgrades and patches and troubleshoot issues to enhance system performance.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring effective communication of system updates and changes.
- Documentation: Maintain current technical documentation and user guides, and prepare reports on system performance and issues.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of general application development and support experience
- 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
- Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- 7 years of application development and support experience
- 4 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce DevOps tools
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
- Knowledge of Aura framework, OmniScript, and experience in healthcare systems or government contract environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics
