We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master adept at guiding teams through the Agile journey. As a servant leader and coach, you will empower our teams to deliver with efficiency and quality. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a collaborative environment where continuous improvement and innovation thrive.
Key Responsibilities

• Guide, coach, and motivate the team to enhance productivity and delivery.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies with a focus on efficiency and engagement.
• Manage scope, timeline, and quality to align with business objectives.
• Remove impediments and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain team focus.
• Cultivate a safe environment for open communication and constructive problem-solving.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment across teams.
• Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, and reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Uphold agile principles and practices, promoting transparency and accountability.
• Support the team in achieving commitments through effective story selection and task definition.
• Enable self-organization and autonomy within the team to foster ownership and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and drive towards solutions collaboratively.
• Experience in a hybrid remote work environment is preferred.
