**Position Overview and Purpose**
We're seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to champion the Agile process for our dynamic teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of software releases while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you'll foster the ongoing growth of our teams within the Agile framework, driving continuous improvement in development processes and product excellence.
Responsibilities

• Wholeheartedly support and empower the Product Owner and Development Team in their mission to exceed customer expectations.
• Lead with a servant leadership style, setting a shining example of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to both the Scrum Team and the organization on leveraging Agile/Scrum practices to delight customers.
• Foster self-organization within teams, enabling them to maximize their potential.
• Offer guidance on leveraging various techniques and practices to enhance the Agile/Scrum framework.

Requirements

• First-level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM).
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
• Proficiency in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with diverse patterns and techniques to enhance the Scrum approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• 2-4 years of CSM experience.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for team understanding.
• Preferably experience in delivering healthcare products and Agile software development.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a touch of humor.
