Job Responsibilities
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely collections.
- Develop financial statements, manage audits, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and record entries for assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend strategies for cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
- 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise and Sage.
- Strong knowledge of finance, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Leadership skills to guide accounting personnel and make informed forecasting decisions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
