Role Overview
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Analytics Manager, you'll report to the VP of Analytics and play a key role in shaping creative strategies. You'll be responsible for:
Designing and evaluating TV and streaming campaigns.
Mastering and leveraging client data to inform strategy.
Innovating and solving problems to drive client success.
Presenting actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Developing analytical strategies that foster growth.
Leading and mentoring a small team of analysts.
Building collaborative relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications5-7 years of experience in offline marketing analytics, particularly related to TV.
Degree in business, computer science, economics, marketing, mathematics, psychology, or statistics.
Proficiency with emerging technologies in marketing.
Experience managing large-scale data projects.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Confident in presenting and discussing data-driven insights.
Deep understanding of marketing channels.
Independent, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
Ability to simplify complex data and tell compelling stories.
