Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the services team based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage accounts for select customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Deliver presentations to highlight our offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Established relationships with System Integrators and Independent Software Vendors in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Proven experience in technology sales (8 years), preferably within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
