About The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our Finance & Strategy team. This role will be instrumental in driving growth and strategic initiatives within our Health & Beauty and Services verticals. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with senior executives to shape and execute growth strategies, oversee investment decisions, and manage business performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the executive team to design and implement growth strategies across product, go-to-market (GTM), and operations channels.
  • Investment Strategy: Identify and drive investment opportunities, build frameworks for measuring success, and assess trade-offs across various investment avenues.
  • Team Management: Lead and scale a finance team to deliver excellent results, providing mentorship and oversight on their work.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Hardware to unify strategies and drive growth.
  • Financial Planning: Manage financial, strategic, and planning processes, including performance reviews, annual planning, and long-range planning activities.
  • Process Excellence: Oversee planning cycles, build new metrics and tools with Business Intelligence teams, and enhance the efficiency of processes within the Finance & Strategy team.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in finance and strategy, with a focus on marketing/sales investment and creating strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in running and scaling finance teams, including hiring, coaching, and maintaining high performance.
  • Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding company-level strategies and investment decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in delivering results on corporate-wide initiatives.
  • Data Proficiency: Skilled in working with metrics, building KPIs, and navigating large data sets to address complex issues.
