- Drive Financial Insights: Perform detailed financial analysis to support decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop Models: Create financial models to evaluate how various operational strategies and initiatives affect profitability.
- Analyze Data: Examine financial data to uncover trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Budget Preparation: Assist in crafting annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor Performance: Track budget performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Data Insights: Conduct thorough data analysis to extract valuable insights from financial and operational data.
- Advanced Analytics: Use advanced techniques to identify key drivers of financial performance and forecast future trends.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside data scientists and analysts to implement predictive and prescriptive analytics models.
- Design Dashboards: Create interactive dashboards that provide real-time insights into financial and operational metrics.
- Customize and Update: Tailor dashboards for various stakeholders and keep them updated with current data and metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. An MBA, CPA, or advanced analytics certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of healthcare financial management, including revenue cycle and cost management.
