Your RoleIn this position, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing business solutions for our subscription-based clients, particularly focusing on Revenue Cloud. Your role will involve analyzing data, establishing success metrics, and recommending enhancements to improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to ensure alignment and approval of solution requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate solution demonstrations, including sprint reviews and final presentations effectively.
  • Create scalable solution documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Support the broader delivery team to execute change management and quality assurance based on finalized solution requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience with medium to large-scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations, including expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Proven ability to match user requirements to CPQ, Billings, and Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce CPQ certification and either SFDC Administrator or Developer certification.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Slack, Google Suite, and LucidChart.
  • Adaptability to varying client needs, with creativity in suggesting and implementing high-ROI solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify opportunities for process standardization.
  • Highly organized with the capability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively or independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Agile mindset, comfortable with changing objectives and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, and NetSuite/ARM.
  • Experience with billing processes and relevant certifications are advantageous.
