ResponsibilitiesProvide expert consulting services to clients, offering innovative business tax planning and compliance solutions in a timely manner.
Review tax returns prepared by associates and interns, providing feedback to ensure accuracy and identify tax savings opportunities.
Assist in managing client engagements from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion of tax projects within budget.
Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring open communication, meeting deadlines, and proactively sharing tax-saving strategies.
Collaborate closely with Partners, Senior Managers, and other team members on client management, professional development, and business growth initiatives.
Handle minor issues directly with tax authorities and assist in resolving more complex issues as needed.
Lead or participate in client meetings to discuss tax strategies and recommendations.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff members on tax projects, providing performance assessments and feedback.
Participate in professional development activities and stay updated with tax laws and regulations.
Desired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
CPA certification or actively working towards certification with at least 2 years of tax experience.
Strong technical skills in tax preparation, compliance, agency correspondence, and tax research.
Experience in tax provisions is advantageous.
Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems effectively.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to build strong client and team relationships.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
Capability to attract and nurture profitable client relationships.
