Job Title: Senior Manager of Corporate Development

Reporting directly to our Chief Corporate Development Officer, you'll collaborate with senior executives, our CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and Private Equity Sponsors, to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions aligning with our vision and enhancing our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify and analyze potential acquisition targets, evaluating their strategic fit and financial viability.
- Pipeline Development and Management: Manage company deal databases, tracking and developing target opportunities.
- Deal Execution: Oversee all phases of transactions, ensuring efficient execution in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence to assess potential acquisitions' impact on financial and operational performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration post-acquisition.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present investment cases and recommendations to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
- Business Development: Cultivate relationships with external parties to support business development efforts.
- M&A Strategy Development: Support the formulation and execution of our M&A strategy, informed by market research and collaboration with internal teams.
- Experience: 6 years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, preferably in the technology/software sector.
- Financial Analysis: Proficient in valuation methodologies, accounting principles, and Excel modeling.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities to distill complex findings into actionable insights.
- Communication: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Results Orientation: Track record of delivering high-quality work products on time, driven by results and attention to detail.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Motivation: Goal-oriented self-starter with a proactive approach and initiative.
