Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical solutions for Salesforce projects, including integrations with existing systems.
- Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to document user requirements and support their development.
- Advise clients on solutions that address business challenges and ensure successful adoption.
- Develop reusable templates and processes to maintain high standards of project delivery.
- Facilitate user workshops and engage with technical and QA teams to ensure system alignment with business needs.
- Implement and advocate Agile practices to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Ensure all developed solutions meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
- 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or CRM systems, with a focus on Salesforce.
- Proven experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) projects is essential.
- Background in business domains such as Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in project environments.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and conducting client workshops.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
