OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage accounting functions for a diverse range of clients. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience who are motivated to contribute to the success of growing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements with precision and thoroughness.
- Oversee bookkeeping, cash management, and accounts receivable/accounts payable.
- Enhance and monitor clients' internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with or lead the implementation of accounting systems and processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of handling and analyzing large data sets.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA license or progress towards obtaining one is preferred.
- Enjoy the flexibility of remote work with a part-time schedule, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive pay starting at $36 per hour.
