• Efficient Finisher: Our clients rely on timely and effective solutions. Being able to complete tasks efficiently and solve problems swiftly is crucial.

• Client Service Oriented: Your role will involve extensive interaction with business owners and managers. Building strong, trusted relationships through problem-solving and insightful communication is key.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of tax and financial records by reviewing transactions and reports.
• Assist with various financial accounting processes.
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns.
• Address client questions and requests.

Work EnvironmentWe have transitioned to a largely remote work model, so a private workspace is required. We welcome candidates from any US location.
Requirements

• Accounting or business-related degree with at least 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in preparing 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1040 returns, including Schedule C and other schedules.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Drake Accounting, and Tax.
• Previous experience in outsourced accounting or working with multiple clients.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate is a plus.
• Verifiable references.
