Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements for software solutions.
- Conduct thorough requirement and systems analysis, contributing to the design and data preparation phases of software development.
- Serve as a liaison between various business functions and IT teams to ensure seamless alignment of technology solutions with business strategies.
- Translate unique business needs into functional specifications, ensuring robust support from the system solution.
- Effectively organize and present complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside proficient presentation abilities.
- Thrive both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team environment.
- Analyze data and determine necessary data elements to facilitate software solution implementation.
- Engage closely with business team members, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical teams, and project managers across all stages of the software development life cycle.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Technical Business Analysis, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Demonstrable analytical prowess, coupled with experience in data analysis, functional/technical design, data normalization, and user acceptance testing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint), with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
- Proven track record in creating and maintaining technical system documentation, including APIs, data elements, SLAs, and error handling protocols.
- Familiarity with technology solutions supporting Cornerstone Learning Management System and Edcast Learning Experience Platform by Cornerstone; experience with similar products is advantageous.
- Exposure to highly regulated and mandate-driven industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or financial services.
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
